Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow up on leads.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in Hindi, Basic English.
