Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow up on leads.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in Hindi, Basic English.
