3. Web Design Services

Individual OR SME Business

1. Content ( Images, Written Content, Video, should be Clients side )
2. Writing content from our side taken extra charges which is not including in web design package.
3. Payment should be clear before live on your domain.

Enterprise Website

1.  The scope and details of web design services will be outlined in a separate contract or agreement.
2. Payment for web design services is subject to the terms agreed upon in the contract.
3. You must provide any necessary content and information required for web design projects promptly.

4. Digital Marketing Services

1. The scope of digital marketing services, including advertising campaigns and strategies, will be outlined in a separate contract or agreement.
2. Payment for digital marketing services is subject to the terms agreed upon in the contract.
3. You must provide any necessary access and information required for digital marketing campaigns promptly.

5. Payments

1. All payments for our services are due as outlined in the contract or invoice provided.
2. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

1. Cancellation of services may be subject to fees as outlined in the contract or agreement.
2. No refunds will be provided for services rendered, except as specified in the contract or as required by applicable laws.

7. Confidentiality

1. We will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by the client during the course of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

1. Any intellectual property created as a result of our services will be owned by the client unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
