How does Meta charge?

Charges are deducted in two ways in Meta, first is Business initiation – when you send Marketing message or Utility message, second is when your User is initiating, when the user is sending the first message, then no one knows about whatever is happening in between. Charges are not taken, some understand as an example, , If you send the first message Marketing message to a customer then you will be charged 0.72.66 paise, now if the customer is replying to you within 24 hours then no charge will be levied, you and your customer can do unlimited conversation within 24 hours. After the hour has passed, if the first message is sent by the customer then 0.30.82 paise charge will be deducted and again you can do unlimited conversation for 24 hours. 0.04 to 0.08 paise BSP is charged on each message, hence the total of your marketing message is 0.77 to 0.82 paise and the utility is 0.34 to 0.38 paise.
